From 9th December 2010 RapidSSL and Geotrust certificates have been issued from a new 2048Bit root. The GeoTrust Global CA root is not installed on various mobile devices. The GeoTrust Global CA may be included in a future update of these devices.
If you have lost your certificate, need to move servers or had a problem with the installation then it may be possible to re-issue your certificate at no extra charge providing the common name remains exactly the same.
Information on SSL File Authentication. File Authentication is available as an option instead of email validation for various certificates.
Email Authentication is available as an option to verify ownership of your domain.
How to complete DNS authentication for RapidSSL, Geotrust or Thawte orders
Domain validated SSL certificates can be issued very quickly. But before the certificate can be issued you must be able to validate ownership. There are three options available to do this automatically.
You can do this by logging in to your Servertastic Account and clicking Manage SSL Orders
