No response after submitting CSR request

Once you have submitted your CSR request you should receive some follow-up emails.

If you ordered a domain validated certificate such as RapidSSL, SSL123, QuickSSL Premium then an email will be sent to the approver email address you selected during the order.

This email is sent instantly. If you have not received it check your spam/junk mail filters. If your mail server utilises grey-listing then it may delay the arrival of the approver email.

You can always return to the order management link at anytime to view the status of your order.
