It is possible to manage RapidSSL, Geotrust, Thawte and Symantec products via an End User Portal. The portal allows you to re-issue and revoke your certificate. For Symantec certificates you can also manage the trust seal and malware scan preferences.
To access the End User Portal you will need
- The fully qualified domain name or Order ID (This is the Provider ID shown on the Servertastic Order Page)
- Access to either the Organizational contact or Technical Contact email address for the order
- To complete the simple image captcha
Once you have completed this form you will be given a list of matching orders. Click Request Access on the correct order.
You will then receive an email with a link to access the end user portal. This link is valid for approximately 72 hours.
