How do I request a refund of my SSL certificate?

This article applies to orders placed via our retail website. Orders placed via the bulk issuance or reseller system are automatically credited once they are cancelled.

First you need to cancel your order. Instructions for how to Cancel your order are available here: How to cancel a SSL/TLS order

Once the order has been cancelled you can then obtain a refund by returning to the order management link and clicking the [Request Refund] option. We will then validate and process the refund request by the end of the next working day.

If your order was issued more than 30 days ago it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
