When placing an order you receive the following error message for RapidSSL, Geotrust, Thawte and DigiCert orders.

Forbidden: There has been an error:Validity period not valid

This error occurs when you are attempting to complete an order for a certificate greater than 398 days in validity. From 1 September 2020 certificates can no longer be issued for longer than 398 days as part of an industry wide change. This will affect certificates completing after 15 August 2020.

We can amend your order to a 1 year certificate and issue a pro-rata refund for the lost validity period or amend your order to multiple 1 year certificates.

Resellers and Bulk Account owners can simply cancel the order and receive an automatic credit to your account.
