Edit Apache Config to force 128-bit / 256-bit SSL

You can force users to connect using only 128-bit or 256-bit by editing your Apache httpd.conf file as follows

  • SSLCipherSuite AES256-SHA:AES128-SHA
However this can cause problems for browsers that do not support AES encryption.
