Approver email has not arrived

If you ordered a domain validated certificate such as RapidSSL, SSL123, QuickSSL Premium then an email will be sent to the approver email address you selected during the order.

This email is sent instantly. If you have not received it check your spam/junk mail filters.

If your mail server utilises grey-listing then it may delay the arrival of the approver email. The approver email is automatically resent every 12 hours until it is completed.

You can resend the approver email by visiting the order management page either directly or via the my account page on our website.
