Please be advised that from 6 April 2019 16:30 to 7 April 2019 04:30 GMT the DigiCert issuance platform will be offline.
During this period it will not be possible to complete orders for any of the affected products. It will also not be possible to complete any reissues.
This downtime is being implemented by the parent Certificate Authority DigiCert so they can complete a migration of the platform to the DigiCert data center. It is possible the downtime may extend beyond this period if any issues are encountered. This downtime is outside of our control and we have no influence over the timing or length of the downtime.
We recommend you plan this downtime into your certificate issuance cycle. During the downtime period we will not process any orders or API requests for DigiCert certificates.Update: An unforeseen dependency means we are also unable to process Sectigo and PositiveSSL orders. These will also restore once the maintenance window is complete.
If certificates are required during this time you can still purchase Sectigo and PositiveSSL branded certificates as these will be unaffected.Products Affected
