Certificates under the Symantec, Geotrust, Thawte and RapidSSL brands are suffering from delayed status updates. This issue is as a result of the DigiCert CA system (owner of the above brands).
We are unable to advance orders ourselves and rely on DigiCert to do this. The length of time taken to review and release orders is down to DigiCert and we are unable to speed this up at this time.
If you order is "Awaiting Customer Verification" despite you having approved the order it is likely the order is queued in the DigiCert system. You can raise a ticket with us and we can notify DigiCert to advance the order but this can still take some time.
