Covid-19 Impact on Services

During the current Covid-19 (coronavirus) pandemic customers may experience a different level of service than normal.

The requirements for social distancing and the impact of sickness/isolation is causing the Certificate Authorities to take longer than normal to complete validations. Please factor this in to your renewal timeframes. You can renew your certificates up to 90 days before expiry. Please start the process early.
