Change of Email Address for Servertastic Notifications

We have always tried to make it as simple as possible to get in touch with Servertastic. Whenever we send an email we send it from a live mailbox that you can simply reply and we will provide assistance.

In recent times we have seen a growing problem with Auto-Responders. With order notifications and reminder emails we can easily receive 200+ auto-responders into our help desk system. Up until now we have taken steps to try and filter these emails using rules. However as our customer base grows this has become an increasing struggle.

To reduce the burden on our support team we will start to send all order, account and renewal reminder related emails from This is an unmonitored mailbox. Any emails sent to this address will simply be discarded and receive no reply.
