This error means the transaction has been declined by your card issuer. Please try with a different card (using the same card will likely lead to rejection again). You should contact your card issuer for details as to why the transaction has been declined.

Things to check

  • Your card is enabled for foreign transactions (we are UK based).
  • Your card allows for billing in foreign currency (if not using your home currency).
  • You have entered your billing address exactly as it appears on your card statement.
